2010-2011 ENTERTAINMENT PASSBOOK FUNDRAISER

The Passbook Sale has begun and runs through Thursday, August 26th.  The cost for this year’s book is $25.00.  Every Viking Band member has been asked to sell a minimum of 3 books to meet our goals for the fundraiser.  After the sale of 5 books students will qualify to be in a drawing for prizes.  Then For each set of 3 additional books sold students will add another chance in the prize drawing.  After the sale of 10 books students will qualify for time in the money machine.  See attachment for details on how to participate in internet sales.

Students will sign for the books they are issued and will be held accountable for the full price of the books.  Students will sign for the books they return and will receive a receipt for both returns and payments.  Returns will only be accepted if the books are in pristine (like new) condition.  Additional quantities of books may be checked out after funds are received for the books already issued.  Please note that after September 2nd NO returns will be accepted and all passbooks issued are the responsibility of the student who checked them out.

Passbook Sales Incentives for Students:  Every student who sells a minimum of 5 Passbooks will have their name entered once into a drawing by the Viking Band for FREE giveaway prizes.  After the initial 5 books students will earn an additional chance for each set of 3 sold.  All funds and returns must be in by the posted deadline to qualify for the prize drawings.  The prizes have not been donated yet but are likely to include; Free Passbooks, Band Fee Vouchers (to be applied to band activity or event fees), 1 iPod Nano, and assorted amounts of iTune gift cards.
