Color Guard for Marching Band meets as a separate class in the fall. This class may be substituted for a band ensemble class and does carry a PE substitute credit. In the spring a Winter Guard is formed for interested students which will meet as a "ninth period" class. This group rehearses completely outside of the school day and involves additional fees. The Winter Guard will compete in six to eight competitions in the early half of the spring semester.
