We can't do it without you! As the saying goes, it takes a village of dedicated parents to help with the smooth running of the band program. There are many opportunities to support our students in realizing a rich
instrumental music education utilizing our time, talents and gifts.
Immediate volunteer needs include:
- Concession stand workers for home football games
- Bus Chaperones
for away games and contests
- Equipment loaders for all football game
- Volunteers with trucks that can pull the equipment trailers
(There are some vehicle requirements for the bigger trailers, if interested, contact Martha Whitworth for more details.)
Sign up to volunteer on Charms: Now you can volunteer online by going to www.charmsoffice.com and typing in "lamarband" as the school code in the Parent/Student Login box. After you click "Enter Charms" you type "volunteer" in the Chaperone Password box. Then click on "school calendar". For any date that you see the helping hand icon, you can click on it to volunteer.
